WHO ARE WE?
The Tipsy Imp was founded in 2022 and is owned by Lincoln based couple;
Dan Taylor and Sarah Roberson, who are combining their business and industry knowledge with the aim of being Lincolnshire's premium mobile bar company.
Dan Taylor
Dan was born and continues to live in Lincoln.
​
A keen sportsman, he plays football and cricket locally and is also a Lincoln City season ticket holder.
​
He has over 15 years experience across many fields of the hospitality industry, ranging from event management and corporate entertainment, to being the current on-trade account manager of the East Midlands for Lincoln-based wholesaler, Small Beer.
​
With a wealth of specialist knowledge of the drinks industry, in particular kegged beers and cask ale, he has a vision of providing a premium pop-up bar service for clients who require a stress free, unforgettable bar experience either at home or at a private event.

Sarah Roberson
Sarah was also born, grew up in and lives in Lincoln and has been involved with the company from the outset.
​
Also a long standing season ticket holder at Lincoln City, in her spare time you may find her playing Netball in the local Lincoln leagues, or enjoying walks with Milo the Cavapoo, who you may spot on the socials from time to time.
Whether it be looking after our social media platforms, setting up and working our events or responding to enquiries, Sarah is hands on and committed to providing customers with a hassle-free bar experience at home or at their event.
